It is a new 40’HC ISO container, built with stainless steel exterior that protects against corrosion and a hybrid aluminum & stainless steel interior that is food grade and easy to clean. Our 40ft new reefer containers are fully insulated and include the latest in refrigeration from Thermo King refrigeration units. Refrigerated containers can hold temperatures from -35C to +30C and are food-grade, with easy-to-clean interiors. They are essential in the storage and transportation of foods and other temperature-sensitive materials. Like all other shipping and storage containers, the door handles allow for the installation of a padlock for additional security and the white painted exterior allows it to blend into surroundings and keep internal temperatures low. Our new 40’ refrigerated containers can maintain temperatures as low of -40 Celsius ideal for covid-19 vaccine storage. These can be used as portable vaccine freezers and be mobilized from site to site as covid-19 virus hot spots emerge. We offer a turnkey solution for continuously changing pandemic needs.

Like all of our used containers, this insulated shipping container undergoes a thorough, 12-point inspection. This process verifies the container is structurally safe, has operational doors and motor and is completely insulated with a water tight interior and water tight gasket seals. If the 40ft used high cube reefer is too large, it is also available as a 20’ standard height container for a smaller footprint and interior storage volume.

The Pipe Rack System is an affordable and simple to install piping storage solution. Each bracket hooks on to the D rings that every shipping container and sea can is equipped with, followed by a T bar for support. The T bar stabilizes the bracket and prevents it from shifting during loading and transport. The entire installation takes minutes and requires no welding or drilling into the container. This storage system can accommodate pipes and other long materials. After they’re installed, the space under them is stilll usable for more storage. The brackets can easily be installed into the D rings of 20ft and 40ft sea cans and can be taken apart as needed, to assist with your changing storage needs. The heavy duty container door lock is a highly secure add on feature to any shipping container cargo door. The portable locking solution requires no installation, on site welding equipment or tools to use. The high security barrel lock system features a tubular pin tumbler lock for pick resistance. The lock is adjustable to fit the vertical cargo door bars so can be used for any shipping container size or type.
